Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StitchVault Studio's embroidery design subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Service Description

StitchVault Studio provides monthly embroidery design subscriptions through three tiers:

• Starter Stitch Club: 50 designs/month, basic support
• Trend Weaver Pro: 150 designs/month, priority support
• Royal Couture Vault: 500 designs/month, premium support

User Accounts

Registration

To access our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Safeguard your password and account access
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription Plans and Payments

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with our service.

License and Usage Rights

Granted License

With your active subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download embroidery designs within your tier limits
• Use designs for commercial embroidery projects
• Modify designs for your specific needs
• Create physical products using our designs

Restrictions

• Do not share or redistribute design files
• Do not sell designs as standalone digital files
• Do not claim designs as your original work
• Do not use designs for trademark or logo purposes

Intellectual Property

All embroidery designs, graphics, and content on StitchVault Studio are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of products you create using our designs, but not the designs themselves.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to new designs will end immediately
• You keep designs downloaded during your subscription
• No refunds will be issued for partial months
• Your account data may be deleted after 30 days

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StitchVault Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
